RunWay Moda is unique Fashion platform
Designed and developed a fashion platform that enables users to purchase clothing seen in runway videos. Runway.moda offers a seamless experience for users to view fashion models and instantly purchase the outfits they’re wearing. The platform also empowers designers to upload and edit their promotional videos through an admin panel.
This unique service combined high-end UX with advanced video integration and a built-in payment system. It successfully connected global fashion designers to potential customers while showcasing fashion in a dynamic, interactive way.
Sagawa Courier Pickup System
Transformed Sagawa’s courier pickup process from phone-based and Excel-managed requests into an efficient, fully online system. Customers can now schedule pickups through a web platform, and drivers receive real-time updates via an app, streamlining communication and operations.
This modernized system improved user experience and made operations 1.3 times more efficient. It also reduced the workload on operators by minimizing the manual processes involved, offering Sagawa a scalable, user-friendly platform that greatly enhanced customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
A global company with Japanese roots
Led the UX, design, and development for Sunstar’s global multilingual portal, creating a scalable platform for the company’s healthcare, beauty, mobility, and living environment services. Built on WordPress for its flexibility and scalability, the platform supports multi-language content and allows Sunstar to manage and update the website independently.
The project faced the challenge of coordinating feedback from global stakeholders but was completed within tight timelines and budget constraints. The result was a user-friendly, scalable platform that empowered Sunstar’s teams to enhance global engagement and streamline operations.
Parking lot sharing service
Developed a parking reservation platform that allows users to search and reserve parking spots across Japan. The system integrates multiple variables like car type, location, and availability, ensuring accurate results. The platform manages over 48,000 parking lots and was built for scalability. By making parking reservations easier and more affordable, it created a win-win solution for both users and parking lot owners.
The service has significantly increased user adoption and improved client revenue, providing a much-needed solution to parking challenges in Japan.
